This month has abounded with stories walking out of their books and into our lives. My Chief Negotiator received a distress beacon which set us on a collision course with pirates at the edge of Federation Space. While she and her second, Annmarie Kirkpatrick worked steadily with Command and Helms throughout the debacle. Meanwhile I devoted my time to the reconstruction of my department and wrapping up our dealings with the Enochians.
My own Second, Chaya Boris brought something to my attention as we were sorting through paper work one evening. The scar’s on Danny Boy’s hands - while known to be Enochian letters - had not been studied by us. And so our descent began.
The letters, A and P have many possible meanings. First and foremost, Anthologis Pantros - the Enochian homeworld. Second, they might act as some sort of Black Spot - an idea inspired by our run-in with pirates. If that is true, then Danny Boy is still marked for death. And finally, as discovered by our captain, they act as coordinates on the Enochian Map I had translated after my run in with Agaroth’s youngest. They lead to a system known as Infernia - as it is comprised of two red gas giants orbiting one another and emitting red light.
With this information in hand, I began a new thought process - one which I do not like one bit. If the Enochians are the source of the legends on Angels … Then who, or what, is the source for legends about Demons? It seems we will have to venture to hell itself to find out.
